Jülich Supercomputing Centre Selects Mellanox End-to-End EDR 100Gb/s InfiniBand Solution for New Supercomputer System

EDR 100Gb/s InfiniBand to Deliver Accelerated Application Performance and System Scalability for European Leading Research Infrastructure

SUNNYVALE, Calif. and YOKNEAM, ISRAEL – July 9, 2015 – Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX), a leading supplier of high-performance, end-to-end interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems, today announced its EDR 100Gb/s solution has been selected to accelerate the new large-scale supercomputer JURECA at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre, provided by T-Platforms and ParTec. Mellanox’s end-to-end EDR 100Gb/s solutions, consisting of ConnectX®-4 adapters, Switch-IB™ switch systems, LinkX™ cables, and HPC-X™ software, will enable JURECA with leading, scalable application performance and system efficiency for their variety of HPC workloads.
